We work organically, rely on spontaneous fermentation, and intervene only where necessary. We produce all our wines ourselves and guide them in the cellar with restraint, precision, and the belief that great wine is not created through intervention, but through careful work.

The 2025 vintage was made from grapes from Aargau; from 2026 onward, our grapes will come from the Chablais. Despite the different origins, our ambition remains the same: to create wines that carry clarity, origin, and a vibrant character.
